My boyfriend and I booked a room Yesterday for Valentine's day, checkin was simple and quick the lady was very friendly. I liked the small cute rooms, nice and cozy. Beds were super comfortable and we like how we could use our streaming platforms while we stayed. We also loved how the walls were not paper thin we didn't hear noice from halls or other rooms! We got a Sweet tooth at like 3 am and went to the lobby and the guy was super helpful and nice. We will be back, I have stayed in several different hotels especially since my daughter cheers and this one I didn't have any complaints. Only issue we had was the room door locked us out 10 min before check out time so we had to get help to grab the rest of our bags and the side door facing west going outside kept getting stuck because it appears the awning above door looks like it is falling. Other than that we had a great experience, the lady that checked me out was also nice, every employee who worked while we were there were super kind, helpful and working hard !
More like a 4 1/2. Very great service, awesome & up-to-date on the breakfast, lounging area. Very diverse culture here, was very impressed. Our room was the 1/2 part. The bed was great, as all Hilton beds typically are, but the bathroom, while very clean, was very dated, worn & needed the shower tile, paint refurbished, fixed updated, etc etc.... all in all, great location & will stay there again if I travel to Anderson again.
Im surprised it has such low reviews because I enjoy staying here. Its one of the better hotels in the area for sure. The staff is always friendly. The breakfast is free. There is a pool and plenty of parking. Rooms are a little small but not bad
We booked this hotel on a whim when we wanted to visit the casino nearby. It had the best reviews for hotels close to the casino. The place was clean and modern, there's a pool table in the lobby and many neat places to sit if you need to work or study. The bed was very comfortable, room was small but we didn't need much space. Breakfast had plenty of options but the sausage links and eggs could be better. Staff were friendly.
Very clean, neat room and great front desk. No complaints. Be wary of less expensive hotels in Anderson though, I have read there is a bedbug problem.

This place was excellent!!! But what really made our stay more than exceptional was the front desk clerk Nicole, she was more than patient and kind, showing compassion and being more than helpful, going above and beyond to help after a reservation mix up with priceline left us without a reservation! She singlehandedly saved my kids birthday! She is an angel and ill forever be grateful!
Loved my room!! And I wanted to acknowledge Gage on front desk .. very nice young man a absolutely joy he was so personable!! He's just great !! Now the other male that I encountered on front desk was rude & snarky nothing good to say about him .. But thanks Gage for making our group feel so welcome we appreciated it
